Mayda G. Cueto

Mayda G. Cueto is Director of Human Resources with over thirty years of experience across the full spectrum of HR functions. Throughout her career, she has developed specific expertise in designing and managing complex employee benefit plans, performance management systems, and competitive compensation structures.

Mayda has spent much of her career within the Cisneros Organization, holding key leadership roles at Finser Corporation, Venevision International, Cisneros Television Group, and Claxswon USA, Inc. A strategic problem solver, Mayda is recognized for combining technical HR acumen with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to drive training and retention and achieve critical business objectives.

Mayda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Barry University and has earned advanced certificates in Human Resources Management and Legal and Regulatory Issues from the University of Miami.
