Ely Garcia is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Cisneros. Ely is an Information Technology Executive with significant experience in IT strategy, governance, business continuity, infrastructure, communication, application and service management. 

Ely joined Cisneros in 1998 as Director of Information technology for the corporate offices and in 2009 was named CTO of the group placing operating companies under her direction.  She has had extensive experience implementing and managing technology solutions in a wide variety of industries – Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Gas and Chemicals, Media, Entertainment, Digital Advertising, Manufacturing and Investment Banking.

Before joining Cisneros, Ely worked internationally for 5 years as a consultant optimizing workflows and implementing technology solutions.

Ely holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Systems Design from Florida International University.
