Caracas, September 14, 2026. – The Teletón Venevision® 2026 "Unidos por Venezuela" (United for Venezuela) is moving forward, and the fundraising process for this great day of unity and solidarity benefiting those affected by the earthquakes of June 24 is now open. Anyone who wishes to contribute, in Venezuela or abroad, simply needs to visit the website of the Dividendo Voluntario para la Comunidad (DVC) to make their donation: www.dividendovoluntario.org

This official platform, set up specifically to support the Teletón Venevision® 2026 "Unidos por Venezuela", accepts donations in bolívars or U.S. dollars. Whether by bank transfer or through the United Way Worldwide payment platform, the giving process is easy, fast, and secure. All funds raised will be managed by Dividendo Voluntario para la Comunidad and certified by the global firm EY (Ernst & Young).

THREE SOCIAL IMPACT CAUSES

Through the Dividendo Voluntario para la Comunidad, the Teletón Venevision® 2026 "Unidos por Venezuela" will direct donations to support three critical areas: support for amputees through medical care provided by the Fundación Hospital Ortopédico Infantil in partnership with the Fundación Juan Pablo Dos Santos; reconstruction of damaged school facilities belonging to the Fe y Alegría network; and immediate humanitarian assistance and livelihood recovery alongside Cáritas de Venezuela.

"Venezuela is getting ready to come together for a cause that touches everyone's heart: a fundraising day benefiting three organizations with a recognized track record in health and education, among them the Hospital Ortopédico Infantil, which devotedly cares for those who were injured and lost limbs as a result of the earthquakes that struck the country. Behind every contribution is a story of resilience, and thanks to this collective effort, many people will have the chance to rebuild their future with dignity and hope. This day is made possible by the commitment of Venevision, which will open its screens to bring this cause into every Venezuelan home, and by Dividendo Voluntario para la Comunidad, which for decades has led the private sector in uniting on behalf of those most in need. To them, and to every company and organization generously joining in, thank you: together you will make it possible for this Telethon to reach its goal and continue transforming lives," said Andreina Vogeler, executive director of the Fundación Venezolana contra la Parálisis Infantil.

Likewise, Noelbis Aguilar, national director of the Fe y Alegría Venezuela Schools Program, expressed her gratitude for the broad call to support the sustainability of their educational work. "The children, adolescents, teachers, and families of the Fe y Alegría Schools Program thank you for not letting go of our hand and for answering our call. Rebuilding our classrooms is not just about repairing structures; it is about giving our students back their safe haven and remembering that education is the lever that transforms Venezuela. Your exemplary commitment fills us with encouragement, moves the heart of the country, and invites everyone to join this cause. May God bless and infinitely multiply your generosity! As Father José María Vélaz taught us: 'Our vocation is to be people of active hope.'"

For her part, Janeth Márquez, national director of Cáritas de Venezuela, stated: "We celebrate this noble initiative with deep gratitude. The partnership between Venevision and the DVC is powerful proof that when the media and civil society organizations join forces, their transformative impact multiplies. This Telethon becomes a channel to reawaken and mobilize the solidarity that has always defined Venezuelans, reminding us that the suffering of others is also our own and that together we have the power to change realities. For us, being part of this great effort means a real opportunity to multiply hope and strengthen our ability to respond in the country's most vulnerable communities. Every contribution will translate into tangible embraces: nutrition, health care, and compassionate support for thousands of families who need us today. This joint platform confirms that we are not alone in our humanitarian work, and it is an open invitation for all of Venezuela to take a leading role in rebuilding our social fabric."

The continuous broadcast of 15 hours of telethon programming, taking place on Saturday, October 17, can be watched in Venezuela and anywhere in the world across the Venevision Media multiplatform (broadcast television, Venevision Play, YouTube, and Ve Plus), as well as on the various stations of the Circuito Unión Radio network nationwide.
