President of Cisneros Real Estate
Patrick Freeman is the President of Cisneros Real Estate, a new division of Cisneros. In this role he has the overall responsibility for the development and strategic positioning of the company’s real estate portfolio, which encompasses commercial, industrial, and residential properties throughout the Western Hemisphere. Patrick reports directly to Adriana Cisneros, CEO of Cisneros, and is based, along with his team, at the corporate headquarters in Miami, Florida.
Cisneros Real Estate is currently developing multiple projects throughout the Americas for which Mr. Freeman oversees acquisition, design, and development. Tropicalia, a sustainable luxury resort development on the Bay of Samana in the Dominican Republic, is the largest such project and will be anchored by a Four Seasons Resort currently under design.
Prior to joining Cisneros in 2010, Mr. Freeman worked as Vice President of Sustainable Development for Auberge Resorts, where he was responsible for the design, development, and construction of multiple luxury resort projects.
A registered Professional Engineer, Patrick Freeman is a graduate of New Mexico State University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geological Engineering.
