(Miami, January 30, 2012)-– Xavier Mantilla, a seasoned digital media executive, joins the management team at RedMas, a leading Hispanic Mobile Ad Network and Mobile Studio company, as its Director of Sales. Based in its headquarters in Miami, Florida, Mantilla will head the company’s mobile media platform with a focus on U.S. Hispanic ad agencies. He will report directly to RedMas’ CEO, Jorge A. Rincon.

Xavier Mantilla is a digital advertising industry veteran with a proven track record, playing a key role in a number of media companies and ad agencies in the United States and abroad. Before joining RedMas, he was part of The Vidal Partnership in New York City as Vice President – Director of Communications Planning; and prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Media Integration at Zubi Advertising Services, based in Miami. Born in Ecuador, Mantilla moved to Sao Paulo, Brazil, then the British Windward Islands as a youngster, you can say Xavier was multi-cultural before the term it was a marketing buzzword.
