Spanish pubcaster TVE has renewed a number of MTV Networks International (MTVNI) programmes for its children's channel Clan TVE, including live-action series iCarly.
Also set to launch on the network is animated comedy The Penguins of Madagascar, while Dora the Explorer (Dora La Explorada) and SpongeBob SquarePants (Bob Esponja) have been renewed.
TVE now has 340 MTVNI episodes licensed in total, with 228 acquired this year.
MTVNI has also sold branded Nickelodeon content blocks to Telenica in Nicaragua and Venevision in Venezuela.
Telenica's deal includes SpongeBob, Dora, Go! Diego! Go!, Back at the Barnyard, The Penguins of Madagascar, iCarly and Ni-Hao Kai-La, while Venevision has renewed Back at the Barnyard, Big Time Rush, Fairly OddParents, Fanboy & Chum Chum, iCarly, SpongeBob, Tak & the Power of Juju and True Jackson.
